TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking and Reservations: All bookings and reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and payment of a non-refundable retainer deposit.

Payment: A non-refundable retainer deposit, equal to half of the total event cost, is required within 24 hours of receiving the booking contract to secure the event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before the event date.

Cancellation Policy: The non-refundable retainer deposit is forfeited in the event of cancellation. Any cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.

Damage and Liability: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the venue during their event. Innovate GVL Events & Studio reserves the right to charge for any repairs or replacements necessary due to damage caused by the client or their guests. A refundable security deposit will be collected, and refunded within 7-10 days after the event if the venue is returned in the same condition it was given.

Non-Refundable Retainer Deposit: The non-refundable retainer deposit is required to secure the event date and is non-transferable. This deposit will be applied towards the total event cost.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Innovate GVL Events & Studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By booking an event at Innovate GVL Events & Studio, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
